E-mailing

GreenMech’s future general e-mailing (sales, marketing, technical support and customer updates) will only be sent to contacts which have opted-in to receive them and will provide all recipients the option to unsubscribe at any time. We will contact you each year to verify your Opt-in to receiving information.

We require this information to ensure the validity of Warranty claims and to continually keep you updated with the services we provide or can provide, covering areas such as:

New products, support and services available; Updates on any ongoing technical issues; Training courses we offer.

Security of information

We take the security of all the data we hold extremely seriously and have introduced new processes to make sure your data is safe and not open to abuse.

Who has access to this data

Dependent upon their role within the company, employees of GreenMech Ltd will have access to areas of data that are applicable. Information will only be passed on to a Third Party, where it is deemed relevant, such as our Telemarketing subcontractor or in response to a legally-valid enquiry e.g. machine theft. GreenMech Ltd will never sell your information to Third Parties.
