Visitors to experience the GreenMech evolution at APF 2022

EVO’s of every variety will be taking centre stage on stand 1270-1310 in the outside area as leading woodchipper manufacturer GreenMech returns to APF 2022. Since its launch in May 2019, the EVO series has set a new benchmark when it comes to powerful performance in both the 6” and 8” categories. On show at Ragley Estate this September will be models in road- tow, fixed track, SAFE-Trak and SURE- Trak configurations.

In the four years that have passed since the last APF event took place, the wheels of evolution have not stopped turning on GreenMech’s most powerful woodchipper collection to date. Originally launched in road-tow format, the EVO 165D was quickly joined by the fixed track EVO 165DT in the autumn of 2019.

Following this was the 165P SUB 750 model – incorporating all of the proven EVO features such as the wide infeed chute, twin horizontal feed rollers and heavy-duty flywheel – in a smaller, lighter, petrol- driven package.

More recently, the EVO concept was extended into the 8” market with the launch of the EVO 205D. At the heart of the EVO 205 is a 50hp Kubota diesel engine which delivers outstanding processing power to make light work of bulky brash and timber. Suited to the biggest tasks, in the most challenging of locations, the introduction of the ‘big brother’ then paved the way for a range of tracked models, with EVO 205DT Fixed Track, SAFE-Trak and SURE-Trak options now available.

All of the machines across the EVO collection come with GreenMech’s disc-blade chipping technology, a three year no-quibble parts and labour warranty and the unrivalled support of their nationwide dealer network as standard.

Also on display at APF, and new for 2022, is the range of GreenMech aftermarket service kits – available for popular GreenMech models. Introduced to make the ongoing servicing even more straight forward, these service kits contain the required filters and any other components required to successfully complete the regular maintenance at 250 hour and 1000-hour intervals. A 4-disc blade replacement kit will also be available as part of the aftermarket range.
