Are you an Arboriculture/Grounds Care machinery professional looking for a new challenge working for the UK’s most innovative Wood Chipper Manufacturer?
Ideally located in your sales area GreenMech UK are looking for an Area Sales Manager for Northern England and Scotland.
The role involves taking ownership of all business activities within a productive sales territory, with both established dealers and customers and the opportunity to develop new partnerships.
Your responsibilities will include sales of new GreenMech machines in line with company targets and growth objectives whilst representing the company in a professional manner.
Qualities and Experienced Required
- Minimum 3 – 5 years successful sales experience in the Arboriculture/Grounds Care machinery sector or related area.
- Ideally a good knowledge on the application of WoodChippers or similar capital goods in order to successfully engage with end-users
- You’re a good communicator with strong relationship building skills at all levels and can successfully engage with dealers and end users
- Practical experience in operating machinery means you are capable of supporting dealers in customer demonstrations.
- You’re well organised, self-motivated and capable of ensuring that your territory coverage is thorough, engaging with regular customers and cold calling where appropriate
- You should have a good overall standard of IT literacy, with experience in using CRM systems and be familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- You should be prepared to travel with in your area and support National Shows as required, with occasional nights away.
- A full UK driving licence is required
